Returns & Exchanges
HEADING TWO WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY FOR SWIMWEAR?
We accept exchanges and refunds (excluding the cost of original shipping) on all full priced items, we only ask that the following requirements are met:
- The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal
- Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way
- All exchanges and returns must be processed within 14 days to be eligible. Exchanges and returns after this period will not be accepted. We do not refund original shipping charges.
- Orders made in December have until the end of January to be exchanged or returned.
- All sales on items on sale are final. We do not accept returns unless there is a fault. We can offer exchanges only, but please contact us first to check that we have the item you're after in stock.
IS IT FREE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Ocho & Oak for an exchange or refund are NOT covered or reimbursed by us. If you request an exchange however, we will cover the shipping cost to send the new size out to you again.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
All you need to do is email email@example.com. We will then provide you with a Returns Authorisation number, and outline all the details. Please be aware that we cannot be held liable for any loss of your bikini being returned. We highly recommend you use a registered postal service to return goods, and make sure to keep a record of the tracking details.
